2023 Municipal Valuations

Category News

As you may be aware, municipalities in many areas have recently conducted home evaluations to determine the current property rates and taxes. These valuations can have a significant impact on homeowners, both in terms of the amount of rates they pay and the value of their property.

The 2022 General Valuation for the City of Cape Town has been completed in which the report has shown that many properties have increased in value. 21 February 2023 to 30 April 2023.
